About

Saphyte markets a general business CRM, but prop firms run on it. It is published by Saphyte Technologies LLC, registered at Office 46-47, 18th Floor, One by Omniyat, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The site describes it as "a cloud-based, centralized platform designed to streamline sales and marketing operations through automation and intuitive design", and says it is "built to be the best software for growing businesses (SMEs and Start-ups)".

Nothing on the site addresses proprietary trading. Across the homepage, features, pricing, about, FAQs, partners, press, connect, certification and legal pages fetched on 19 September 2026, the words prop firm, prop trading, proprietary trading, forex, MetaTrader, MT4, MT5, cTrader, trader, trading, broker, payout, drawdown and white label do not appear once. The industries Saphyte markets to are consultancy, insurance, automotive, healthcare, real estate and B2B tech.

The product is tied to Loyica, a Dubai digital agency. The legal page is headed "Saphyte by Loyica", page footers read "Made with by Loyica", the Android app is published under the package com.loyica.saphyte, and Loyica's own case study says Saphyte was "Built from the ground up by Loyica" with a stated year of 2016. Loyica's Systems Terms & Conditions list two products: "Leveras - Financial CRM" and "Saphyte - Sales CRM". Saphyte is the sales CRM of that pair.

For an operator comparing prop-firm vendors, Saphyte is not a like-for-like alternative to a prop trading platform, risk engine or back office. It competes with general sales CRMs, and would sit alongside, not instead of, prop-firm technology.

What the marketing does not say. Prop Tech Pal verified on 19 September 2026 that client portals served under clientsportal.cloud carry <meta name="author" content="Saphyte"> and are addressed per firm, and that several prop trading and funded-trader brands are hosted on saphyte.io subdomains. Saphyte publishes none of this: it names no prop firm, no trading product and no white-label offer anywhere on its own site. An operator evaluating Saphyte is therefore buying a CRM and client-portal layer whose prop-firm track record exists but is undocumented by the vendor, so ask for references directly.

Product & modules

Saphyte sells one CRM split into four named areas plus two tools. Team and Workspace covers customisable dashboards, predefined and custom reports, drag-and-drop workflow automation, user management with role-based access control, IP whitelisting, system, email, workflow and login logs, custom fields, task management and a calendar. Sales covers the sales pipeline, sales hierarchy, deals, quotes, product catalogue, invoice management and lead scoring. Marketing covers bulk and drip email, campaign management, campaign and email tracking analytics, landing pages, a form builder and a media library. Connect covers team chat, live chat, a ticketing system, request management and a client portal.

Two tools are branded separately. Saphyte Sync is LinkedIn lead capture. Saphyte Scan is business card scanning, which the features page says is "based on Optical Character Recognition, a technology that combines hardware and software to convert physical documents into machine-readable text".

There is no rule engine in the prop-firm sense. Saphyte publishes no drawdown types, no breach detection, no consistency rules, no news filter, no prohibited strategy detection, no A/B book routing and no exposure monitoring. The only rule-driven features are CRM workflow automation and lead scoring, which score and route contacts. Equally there is no back office for traders: no payout processing, no trader reporting, no certificate generation. Invoicing, quotes and multi-currency exist, but they are sales documents for the customer's own clients.

The pricing matrix does show per-plan limits — dashboards per user, storage per workspace, pipelines, custom fields, workflows, monthly email volume and email templates — but the tick marks are images, so which modules a given plan includes is not asserted here. Confirm plan contents in writing.

Platforms & terminals

Saphyte publishes no trading platform or terminal integrations. There is no MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, TradeLocker, Rithmic, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Quantower or TradingView integration, and no proprietary trading terminal. No asset classes are offered because the product does not touch markets. An operator evaluating Saphyte should treat every platform and terminal question as not applicable.

What end users open is the Saphyte CRM itself. It is browser-based and, the FAQ says, needs no installation: "All you have to do is access your build URL using a supported web browser". Supported browsers are listed in order as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Microsoft Edge and Brave. Mobile apps are published for both platforms — "Saphyte app is now available for both iOS and Android users" — and are linked from the site to the App Store and Google Play.

The interface is English only. The FAQ states plainly: "Currently, Saphyte platform runs in English language only." That matters for any firm serving non-English-speaking staff, since there is no published localisation roadmap.

Deployment & hosting

Saphyte is SaaS only. There is no published self-hosted, on-premise or hybrid option, and no white-label deployment. Customers work in a named workspace; the ticket form shows workspaces are addressed on saphyte.cloud, and the FAQ's naming rules say a workspace name "Cannot be a reserved name (e.g. containing Saphyte or Loyica)" and must be unique across clients.

On location, the FAQ says: "All our data centers are located in secure locations across central Europe, mainly Frankfurt, Germany. This will be extended to more regions (Asia, America, etc.) over time." The privacy policy adds that personal data "will be stored and processed in the European Economic Area", while allowing transfer outside the EEA where a provider's facilities sit elsewhere. It also names the database layer: "We store all the data on MongoDB Databases, service provided by ‘Scale grid’ and ‘Mongo Atlas’."

No underlying cloud provider is named, and nothing is published about dedicated instances, per-customer database isolation, custom domains or co-location. An operator who needs data residency outside the EEA, or a dedicated instance, has nothing to rely on here and would have to ask.

The FAQ states data centres are 'located in secure locations across central Europe, mainly Frankfurt, Germany', to be extended to Asia and America over time. The privacy policy states personal data is stored and processed in the EEA and that all data is stored on MongoDB databases provided by 'Scale grid' and 'Mongo Atlas'. Customers work in named workspaces on saphyte.cloud; no underlying cloud provider is named and no self-hosted or on-premise option is published.

Customisation & API

Customisation inside the product is configuration rather than branding. Firms get custom fields (250 on Basic, 500 on Advanced), custom dashboards and reports, workflow automation, menu customisation, custom email templates, invoice and quote design templates, and role-based access control. Nothing is published about applying a customer's own logo, colours, domain or branded mobile apps to the product, and the site never uses the term white label.

Saphyte's own API is not documented publicly. The FAQ answers the integration question from the other direction — it can integrate "any system or application which has an API or a way to access the system information (e.g. reporting interface), any system which can POST updates or push information to external systems". That is not a statement that Saphyte exposes a REST or GraphQL API, offers webhooks, ships SDKs or provides a sandbox, so none of those is recorded as supported. The knowledge base, which is where any developer documentation would sit, returned HTTP 404 across every URL tried on 19 September 2026.

Bespoke work is available and chargeable. The FAQ says anything outside the current system "will be treated as a special custom software requirement", handled "case by case" by a Business Relationship Manager because such requests "represent huge development efforts and costs". The Terms of Use also warn that some features "may also be made available only upon additional fees if you purchase access to certain add-ons on a feature-by-feature basis".

Custom development

Available

Yes

The FAQ says Saphyte can integrate with 'any system or application which has an API or a way to access the system information', which describes the other system's API rather than documenting Saphyte's own; no REST, GraphQL, webhook or SDK documentation was found. Custom work is offered but chargeable: additional functionality 'will be treated as a special custom software requirement' handled case by case by a Business Relationship Manager. The knowledge base at /knowledge/ returned HTTP 404 on 2026-09-19, so any developer documentation it held could not be checked.

Pricing

Saphyte publishes its prices, which is worth noting because most vendors in this comparison do not. Pricing is per user per month.

PlanBilled monthlyBilled annually
FREE$0$0
BASIC$15$13.75
ADVANCED$50$45.80
ENTERPRISE$99$90.80

The annual column sits behind a "Billed annually SAVE 8%" toggle. Plans are metered on dashboards per user, workspace storage, pipelines, custom fields, workflows, email senders, monthly email volume, email templates, forms, live chat accounts and calendar accounts.

What the headline price excludes. UAE customers pay VAT on top: "Starting from 1st of January 2018, Saphyte CRM system and services shall be subject to a 5% value-added tax", though the same FAQ says that for non-UAE customers "The price is inclusive of tax" while the Terms of Use say charges "do not include applicable taxes (including VAT)". Custom development is quoted separately. Third-party accounts — payment providers, identity verification, phone systems, live chat — are the customer's own. Setup itself is stated as free: "There are no setup fees or hidden charges", and the homepage advertises "Free implementation".

Free trial length is contradictory and should be settled in writing. The marketing pages repeatedly say 10 days with no card required; the Terms of Use and the Billing Policy both say thirty days. Custom packages are available by emailing for a quotation, so the published table is not necessarily the only commercial shape on offer.

Implementation & onboarding

The FAQ states there is built-in bulk data upload and that 'our Implementation Team will assist you every step of the way in migrating all your data into Saphyte', and that training is provided during implementation alongside 24/7 support. The homepage advertises 'Free implementation' next to the free trial and free demo. No time to launch is published, and no named incumbent systems are listed as migration sources. Self-serve signup through Get Started is the published onboarding path.

Support, uptime & SLA

Support is advertised as 24/7 across live chat, email, phone and a ticket form. The FAQ lists the routes: a hotline, the website contact form, support@saphyte.com, live chat on the website, and a named Account Manager. Dedicated Account Manager appears as a feature row in the pricing matrix, though which plans carry it is not readable from the published table. The hotline numbers are inconsistent between pages: the contact page and Billing Policy give 800-727 4983 in the UAE and +971 4 388 5696 internationally, while the FAQ gives 800-569422 and +971 4 886 8716.

No uptime is contractually committed. The strongest published statement is in the terms, which promise only "commercially reasonable efforts to make the online services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week", excluding planned downtime and events outside their control. There is no uptime percentage, no SLA credit regime, no latency figure and no published first response time. For data protection enquiries the privacy policy says outright: "We do not provide any guaranteed response time", with a good-faith aim of five business days.

No status page or incident history was found from the footer, contact page or FAQ, and status.saphyte.com did not resolve when checked on 19 September 2026. An operator who needs uptime commitments, credits or public incident reporting would have to negotiate all three from nothing.

Security & compliance

Saphyte names three ISO certifications on a dedicated page: ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 for information security and ISO 22301:2012 for business continuity. The page states "Saphyte Technologies LLC is certified in ISO 9001:2015" and "We recently earned the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification". An ISMS Policy Statement dated 29 September 2022 restates the 27001 commitment and says the information security policy is reviewed "at least on an annual basis".

On controls, the FAQ states "All data transmission is done via TLS/HTTPS and all database connections are done via private networks" and "Saphyte is GDPR compliant", with the privacy policy citing Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Role-based access control is configurable per user, with IP whitelisting and system, email, workflow, lead scoring and login logs as published feature rows. Backups are stated on the Connect page: "Your data is backed up daily, hourly, weekly, and monthly." Data ownership is unambiguous — "You own your data. You can request a dump of all the information and you can request deletion of everything as well."

What is not evidenced. No certificate documents, certificate numbers or certifying body are published, and the 27001 and 22301 versions cited are both superseded standards, so ask for current certificates and expiry dates. There is no published SOC 2, no penetration testing schedule, no statement on encryption at rest, no SSO or MFA detail, no bug bounty, no disaster recovery objective and no customer-facing data processing agreement or subprocessor list — although the privacy policy does name Scale grid and Mongo Atlas as the database services holding customer data.

Independently certified: ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 22301:2012.

Clients & track record

Saphyte names ten customers, all of them through testimonials on its homepage and pricing page, each with a named spokesperson and an industry: Dubai Creek (hotels and tourism), Panoptic Media (marketing and advertising), Vision Consultancy (legal services and consultancy), Mystica Advertising (marketing and advertising), Rattan House (furniture), Stalwart (mechanical or industrial engineering), Nautilus Solutions (management consulting), 33 Voices (e-learning), RSS (rental) and Revotonix (industrial automation and utilities).

None of the ten is a prop trading firm, and Saphyte names no prop firm anywhere — though prop firm portals demonstrably run on its infrastructure (see About). These are customer references for a business CRM, not evidence of prop-firm deployments. They are self-reported by the vendor and undated, so there is no way to tell from the site which are still live.

No counts are published: no customer total, no firms launched, no largest deployment, no seat count. The homepage claim is qualitative only — "Trusted by businesses of all sizes across industries". There are no case studies with metrics. Third-party press coverage listed on the vendor's own press page clusters in 2020 and 2021, including TahawulTech on the launch of Saphyte 2.0 in February 2021 and Khaleej Times on awards in April 2021; the site footer still reads 2023 and the knowledge base is down, so an operator should ask directly about current product investment.

Contract terms

Two contracts cover this product and they disagree on the fundamentals. The Systems Terms & Conditions, last updated 10 October 2019, govern "Loyica Systems Services and Products" including "Saphyte - Sales CRM", are contracted with Loyica Technology, and are "governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales". The Saphyte Terms of Use on the same page are contracted with Saphyte Technologies LLC and are governed by "the laws of the United Arab Emirates", submitting to "the jurisdiction of competent courts of Dubai". A buyer should establish which entity and which law actually applies before signing.

On term and exit: subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew "at the beginning of each billing cycle". The FAQ says monthly customers "could opt-out anytime" while yearly customers "have to sign up on a contract"; no minimum term in months is published. Either party may terminate "upon thirty (30) days written notice", and the Billing Policy requires cancellation "thirty (30) days in advance" to avoid further charges. Monthly service is billed in arrears and is non-refundable, with "no refunds or credits for partial months of service or downgrade refunds".

On data: the customer keeps ownership — "You retain ownership of and responsibility for Your Data" — and on termination, data is made available for export or download on request within sixty days. After that the Systems Terms say all copies are deleted, while the Terms of Use state a ninety-day period. No export file formats are specified. Liability is capped in both documents at "THE AMOUNT YOU PAID... OR $500.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER", which is a very low cap for a system of record.

Refunds conflict outright. The FAQ promises that if you are dissatisfied within the first thirty days "we will gladly offer you a full refund for your purchase". The Billing Policy, last updated 24 July 2022, states "Saphyte does not issue refunds" and offers instead a credit note applied to the next billing cycle, only if a billing dispute raised within the first 10 days survives a 10-15 business day investigation. Account deletion timing also conflicts: the FAQ says a workspace dormant for 90 days is deactivated and its data deleted, while the Billing Policy says deactivation and permanent deletion follow sixty days. Get the operative version in writing.

Governing law

Detail

England and Wales

Two different contracts cover the product and they do not agree. The Systems Terms & Conditions, last updated 10 October 2019, govern 'Loyica Systems Services and Products' including 'Saphyte - Sales CRM', are contracted by Loyica Technology, and are governed by the laws of England and Wales with the courts of England. The Saphyte Terms of Use on the same page are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates with the courts of Dubai. Both cap liability at the greater of fees paid or $500.00. Either party may terminate on thirty days' written notice; data is available for export or download on request within sixty days of termination, after which the Systems Terms say it is deleted, while the Terms of Use state a ninety-day period. Refund terms also conflict: the FAQ offers a full refund within the first thirty days of usage, while the Billing Policy, last updated 24 July 2022, states 'Saphyte does not issue refunds' and offers only a credit note after a billing dispute investigation. No minimum term is stated in months; the FAQ says monthly plans can be opted out of at any time while yearly plans are signed on a contract.

FAQs

15

Not as marketed, but it is used by prop firms. Saphyte's own site publishes no trading platform, risk engine or payout engine, and never uses the words trading, trader, drawdown or payout. Separately, white-label client portals whose pages name Saphyte as author are in live use by prop trading firms on per-firm subdomains. Treat Saphyte as a CRM and client-portal layer that sits alongside trading technology, not as a prop trading platform in itself.

Saphyte publishes four plans per user per month: a free plan at $0, Basic at $15, Advanced at $50 and Enterprise at $99. Annual billing is shown as $13.75, $45.80 and $90.80 per user per month under a 'SAVE 8%' toggle. The FAQ states there are no setup fees or hidden charges.

UAE customers pay 5% VAT on top, and the Terms of Use state charges do not include applicable taxes; the FAQ separately says prices are inclusive of tax for non-UAE customers. Any functionality outside the standard system is treated as a special custom software requirement, assessed and priced case by case. Third-party accounts such as payment providers or identity verification services are the customer's own.

Yes, but the published length is inconsistent. The marketing pages advertise a 10-day free trial with no credit card required, while the Terms of Use and the Billing Policy both state a thirty-day trial. Ask which applies before signing. After the trial the account either upgrades to a paid plan or reverts to the free plan.

The features page names payment service providers Zotapay, Skrill, Neteller, Safecharge, SD Systems, Network and NganLuong; phone systems 3CX, Voiso and Commpeak; and identity verification through IDology and GBG. Google and Outlook calendars sync as Personal Apps, Gmail can be synced against stored contacts, and Facebook and LinkedIn lead capture are listed. Live chat app integration is offered but the vendor's own documentation pages for it return errors.

Saphyte does not publish a white-label offer. No page on the site uses the term white label, and there is no published statement about running the product under a customer's own brand, domain or mobile apps. Customers work in a named workspace on saphyte.cloud, and workspace names cannot contain the words Saphyte or Loyica.
