About

YourPropFirm Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-headquartered prop firm technology vendor founded in 2022 and wholly owned by Quant Technology Group, a holding company focused on building financial-infrastructure businesses. It reports 65 people across 10 cities and works remote-first. Its company page names co-founders Jeremias Mandel and Markus Sichler and a wider leadership team; no CEO is named.

The platform combines a CRM, rule engine, risk management, KYC, payouts, affiliate management and a white-labelled trader portal. Its risk layer runs on QuantSentry, the risk platform Quant Technology Group launched to general availability in February 2026. YourPropFirm sells to new prop firms, firms scaling past 100k accounts and broker-backed operators, and offers optional expert services including risk, support and engineering teams.

Product & modules

YourPropFirm describes fourteen modules as standard on every firm, with no add-on tier. The rule engine covers daily loss, drawdown, consistency, lot caps, news rules and scaling, with one-step, two-step, instant funding or custom multi-phase challenges, enforced at millisecond latency. Risk management runs on QuantSentry, detecting coordinated copy rings, hedge pairs and rotating identities, with advisory scoring and case evidence exported as structured PDFs.

Payouts check eligibility against minimum days, consistency rules and profit thresholds, re-validate KYC and sanctions on every request, support multi-step approval chains and route across twelve providers. The platform also covers KYC with country blocking at signup and purchase, affiliate and IB management with multi-tier commissions and IB sub-accounts, certificates, seasonal and regional leaderboards, reporting with a data warehouse export, an immutable audit trail with SIEM streaming, and SSO with SCIM on the enterprise plan.

Optional expert services, priced separately, include risk as a service, dedicated tech and support teams, web development, HR and recruitment, marketing and PR, reputation management, consulting and payment-solutions introductions.

Deployment & hosting

YourPropFirm is a hosted platform with a white-label tier; the terms grant access to the hosted service and prohibit deriving source code. The privacy policy lists cloud hosting, storage and backups in the EU and Singapore, while the homepage lists Singapore, Frankfurt and US-East. Enterprise customers can pin their instance to a single region. No cloud provider is named, and the site does not state whether each firm has a dedicated instance. Custom domains are supported.

Customisation & API

On Prop Suite, the trader app and ops console run on the firm's own domains (YourPropFirm's example is portal.yourfirm.com and ops.yourfirm.com), email is sent from the firm's domain, and YourPropFirm states "We're invisible." Its comparison page describes the trader portal as white-label "to the CSS variable".

Product documentation is public on GitBook and the API reference on Stoplight. The developer page describes the API as REST and JSON, while the homepage also mentions GraphQL, which is not documented. Webhooks send signed events on account, risk, KYC and payout changes; the webhook reference names 13 event types and the August 2026 changelog adds three more. Sandbox access is requested through an integration call, and bespoke development is available through Dedicated Tech Teams.

Pricing

YourPropFirm does not publish a price list. Its homepage FAQ describes two models. Enterprise uses tier-based platform pricing that scales with accounts, payouts and modules, with no revenue share and no published figure. Prop Suite, the white-label tier, has a $2,749 one-time setup fee, no monthly platform fee and a 50% revenue share.

The terms set fees, billing frequency and usage tiers in the order form, bill usage above the contracted tier at the overage rate in arrears, and exclude VAT, GST, withholding and other taxes. Firms hold their own PSP relationships and fees. Expert services are optional and priced separately, and list pricing can change at renewal with 60 days' notice.

Implementation & onboarding

The implementation page gives 10 days to technology handoff and states that payment, KYC, broker and regulatory onboarding may affect the market-launch date. Migrations follow their own 4-8 week plan per the implementation page, while the homepage says most migrations off a legacy CRM complete in under a week. A named implementation lead covers program design, platform connection, data migration, team training and a parallel run before cutover, with the legacy system kept readable until cutover.

Security & compliance

YourPropFirm's homepage states "SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR", and its FAQ says "We're SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR-compliant." No certificate, auditor or report is published on the site, so no certification is listed on this profile.

The privacy policy states that a standard data-processing agreement, a sub-processor list and a completed security questionnaire are available, that EEA and UK transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum where needed, and that backups are encrypted on a rolling 35-day cycle. The terms require MFA for administrators. SSO is supported on day one (SAML, OIDC, Google, Okta, Azure AD), with SCIM on the enterprise plan. The privacy policy retains audit and security logs for 24 months, while the admin-controls page shows actions retained for 7 years.
