About

Propper Trading is a white-label prop firm platform from Propper, LLC, a Delaware company formed in June 2026. It was founded by Mick Schmidt (Founder and CEO), who runs architecture, development and infrastructure, and Alper Han Ozdemir (Co-Founder and COO), who runs sales, client relationships and partnerships. The founders say they have worked together on projects for about six years.

Everything a firm and its traders use sits in one web platform: a trading terminal with TradingView charts, a server-side risk engine, a challenge and evaluation system, admin and trader dashboards, a built-in CRM and an AI assistant. Propper Trading says it writes all of this itself, and it publishes build statistics counted from its own repository.

Propper Trading is pre-revenue. It is in private testing, plans its public launch in October 2026 and says four prop firms are confirmed to launch around then, none of them named yet. It plans to attend the Prop Trading Expo in London on 23 and 24 October 2026.

Product & modules

Propper Trading sells its platform as modules. The trading terminal embeds TradingView charts with real-time execution, stop loss, take profit and orders placed from the chart. The risk engine checks every order server-side before it fills, covering daily loss limits, maximum and trailing drawdown, position size limits and an automatic account stop, and a news events engine can block or flag orders around scheduled releases.

The challenge system runs 1-step, 2-step, instant funding or custom models with multi-stage evaluations and real-time progress tracking, and its checkout supports coupons and provisions the trading account. The admin dashboard covers live monitoring, analytics, users, roles and permissions, payouts, an audit log and a certificate designer. Traders get a dashboard with performance statistics, P&L and full trade history.

A built-in CRM and an AI assistant sit on top: traders can ask about rules, challenges and performance, and admins can query their dashboard. Admin-side AI risk models flag suspected group collusion, news arbitrage, martingale and tick scalping for review.

Platforms & terminals

Traders use Propper Trading's own web terminal, with TradingView charts, so there is nothing to download. Propper Trading says connections to TradeLocker, cTrader and DXtrade were in progress as of September 2026, for firms that want to keep a platform their traders already know. MT4 and MT5 are possible only where a firm brings its own existing MetaQuotes licence, because Propper Trading says MetaQuotes no longer onboards new technology providers.

Asset classes are crypto, forex, futures, stocks, indices, commodities and CFDs, configurable per firm along with leverage, instruments and data feed. The platform is multilingual. A dedicated mobile app for iOS and Android is on Propper Trading's roadmap as planned, and work to make the whole platform mobile friendly is in progress.

Deployment & hosting

Propper Trading is fully hosted, and each firm runs on its own domain. Its subprocessor list names Hetzner in Germany and Amazon Web Services in the United States for hosting, and its roadmap lists a migration from a private hosting provider to AWS as in progress.

One API serves every firm on the platform, with the credential deciding which firm a call acts for, and Propper Trading says data is separated with database row-level security. Self-hosting is not offered.

Customisation & API

White-label covers the firm's logo, colours, typography, chart theme, domain and login page, and Propper Trading says its brand does not appear in the trader interface, emails or certificates. Trader emails can be sent from the firm's own verified domain. White-label is included from the Growth plan.

Propper Trading publishes a versioned (v1) REST API reference with scoped API keys, idempotency keys, cursor pagination and per-key rate limits, plus a WebSocket channel for real-time events. The documented endpoints currently cover affiliates, waitlists, sign-in, mail and calendar; trading and account endpoints are not in the public reference, and no webhooks are documented. Enterprise includes custom features built to the firm's specification.

Pricing

Propper Trading supplied its pricing to Prop Tech Pal in September 2026; its website quotes prices on a demo call rather than publishing them. Starter is $2,500 a month for one module, such as only the trading terminal or only the admin panel, with 500 users and no white-label. Growth is $5,000 a month for the full platform with white-label, 500 users and optional add-ons. Enterprise is custom-priced, with 1,000 users and customisation to the firm's specification.

On every plan, users above the included number carry a per-user monthly fee (the rate is not published), data feed costs are passed through at cost, and a 1% platform transaction fee applies to payments processed. The minimum commitment is three months, and the published terms allow 12- or 24-month terms at a discount. Propper Trading's website states there are no setup fees. Fees are billed in advance through Stripe, exclude taxes and are non-refundable.

Implementation & onboarding

Propper Trading's website says most firms go live within days once the domain, branding and challenge rules are set up; the platform has not launched publicly, so no live firm has shown this yet. Migration of an existing trader base including mid-evaluation progress is in the terms, which note that migrated data is only as accurate as what the firm or its previous provider supplies. The first billing period is paid in advance before activation, and each firm completes identity verification through Stripe Connect.

Support, uptime & SLA

Propper Trading's terms state that it does not guarantee any uptime percentage and does not offer service credits. It runs a public status page at status.proppertrading.com.

Early clients deal with the founders directly rather than account managers, and the contact page commits to a reply within 24 hours by email. For traders, the platform includes AI-first live chat and tickets with handoff to the firm's own staff.

Security & compliance

No independent security certification, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, is claimed. Propper Trading states that it uses AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, database row-level security, MFA with passkeys and authenticator apps, CSRF and CORS protection, and logging of every action across the platform.

Its privacy policy applies the GDPR and the Dutch UAVG. Propper Trading is the data controller for its own website and customer accounts, and the processor of trader data under a Data Processing Agreement with each firm. It gives 14 days' notice before adding a subprocessor; the current list is Hetzner, AWS, Stripe, Postmark, OpenAI, Sentry and Google. Propper Trading describes itself as a software provider only, not a broker or regulated financial entity, and its terms leave licensing and compliance for each firm's business to the firm.

Clients & track record

Propper Trading has no public track record yet. It is pre-revenue, was formed in June 2026 and plans its public launch in October 2026. It says four prop firms are confirmed to launch around then, but none is named, so none is listed here.

Propper Trading's roadmap lists 22 shipped items as of late August 2026, including the risk engine, a multi data feed system, a KYC system, a multi payment provider system, 2FA with passkeys, an audit log and a certificate designer.

Contract terms

Propper Trading's published terms of service (last updated 25 August 2026) set a three-month minimum term, with 12- and 24-month terms available at a discount. After the minimum, the subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled on a rolling basis with notice at least 24 hours before the next charge. A fixed term cannot be cancelled early, and fees are non-refundable.

The firm owns its data. After termination, Propper Trading moves it to a separate read-only database for 12 months so the firm can still migrate out, unless the firm asks for earlier deletion. Propper Trading's liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before a claim, no service credits are offered, and the terms are governed by Delaware law with Delaware courts. A signed Master Services Agreement, where one exists, takes precedence.
