About

Axcera is a Dubai-registered (Axcera LLC) prop trading technology provider, with a second office in Limassol, Cyprus. The company's own timeline traces its first engineering work to June 2022 and its market entry, with its first client signed, to July 2023; it added multi-asset support (Futures, Crypto, Equities) in September 2024. Axcera builds infrastructure for proprietary trading firms — onboarding, challenge and payout logic, risk detection and reporting — and is separately building a Broker CRM for forex/CFD brokers, which was still "Coming Soon" on a waitlist as of September 2026.

Axcera says it powers "50+" prop firms and has processed more than 2 million onboarded traders and $750M+ in cumulative revenue generated by Axcera-powered firms (its clients' revenue, not Axcera's own), as of August 2026. It won "Best Prop Trading Technology Provider 2025" at the Finance Magnates Awards and three FinanceFeeds Awards in both 2025 and 2026. No named CEO is published; co-founder Herman Shaho holds the Co-Founder & CPO title, with Zbyšek Němec as CTO (appointed January 2026) and Gabriela Jakabova as COO (appointed August 2025).

Product & modules

Axcera's shipped product line has three parts. Prop CRM is the core offering: automated trader onboarding, a configurable challenge and evaluation engine, payout workflows, affiliate management and reporting, sold as a single connected platform rather than separately priced modules. RiskGuard is a risk-detection layer that can run standalone or inside Prop CRM; it screens trading accounts against a database the vendor describes as "10,000+ verified bad-actor records" to flag rule breaches and abusive trading in real time, and supports "fully customizable drawdown configurations (Static, Trailing, on Equity etc)", per a May 2025 blog post. Trading APIs give firms and their developers a way to build custom portals and workflows on top of Axcera's backend.

A fourth product, Broker CRM for forex/CFD brokers, is marked "Coming Soon" with a waitlist signup as of September 2026 — it is not a shipped product and should not be evaluated as one. Whether RiskGuard and Trading APIs are included in a base licence or sold as add-ons is not disclosed; no module-level pricing is public.

Platforms & terminals

Axcera's own integrations catalogue names MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade (listed as both "DXTrade XT" and "DX Trade"), Match-Trader, TradeLocker, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Quantower, ATAS, ProjectX, Rithmic and TradingView as connected trading platforms — a September 2025 blog post separately states "integrations with over 17 major trading platforms".

Asset classes explicitly named across the product pages are Forex, Futures, Crypto and Equities (plus "CFD" in the Broker CRM description); a September 2026 award post also names "Prediction Markets" as a supported asset class, via an integration with Plaee. No mobile app (iOS/Android) or UI-language list is published for the trader-facing product.

Deployment & hosting

Axcera is offered as a white-label platform. It does not publicly name a cloud provider or hosting region, or state whether firms get a dedicated instance or share a multi-tenant environment.

The Trading APIs page says firms can "maintain your platform's design, logic, and domain, powered by Axcera". No self-hosted or on-premise option is described.

Customisation & API

The Trader Area is described as "fully yours" — built to the firm's brand guidelines with "extensive customization available across layout, flows, and functionality, and custom development supported where required", per the Prop CRM FAQ. An HTML email template builder for branded communications is also named. Axcera's Trading API FAQ states the API layer includes "role-based access controls, secure authentication, and environment separation", plus SDKs and "testing environments" for implementation.

No public API reference documentation URL, SDK language list, GraphQL/WebSocket support, or webhook capability is confirmed on the public site ; the FAQ says documentation and SDKs exist, but none is linked publicly.

The Trader Area is described as "fully yours" — built to the firm's brand guidelines with customisation across layout, flows and functionality, and custom development available where required (Prop CRM FAQ). No public detail on whether vendor branding is fully absent from the trader-facing journey.

Trading API FAQ states the API layer includes "role-based access controls, secure authentication, and environment separation" plus SDKs and "testing environments"; no public API reference/docs URL was found (checked /docs, /api — both 404), and no SDK languages are named.

Pricing

Axcera has no public pricing page (checked home, footer, sitemap, and a direct request to /pricing, which returns a 404). It describes prop firm white label cost only qualitatively: the Prop CRM FAQ states "Axcera operates on a transparent, fixed-fee model. There is no revenue share, no per-trader pricing, and no hidden fees, allowing firms to scale without increasing technology costs." No setup fee, monthly fee, starting price, or tier structure is disclosed anywhere on the site.

This means an operator cannot compare Axcera's cost against competitors without booking a demo and requesting a quote directly — something worth doing early, since "no hidden fees" is a claim, not an itemised list.

Implementation & onboarding

Steps and the ~4-week timeline come from the Prop CRM page's own process outline and FAQ: "Most prop firms can launch within approximately four weeks, provided all required information, integrations, and branding assets are available during onboarding." Migration support is stated generally ("We assist with migrating customer data, account data, and core operational logic") without naming specific incumbent systems. Broker CRM has no stated timeline — it is pre-launch (waitlist) as of September 2026.

Support, uptime & SLA

Axcera repeatedly advertises "24/7" support and monitoring, and a September 2025 blog post states "a 99.9% uptime commitment". The contact page FAQ states most inquiries get a reply "within one business day", with existing clients offered "priority support through dedicated communication channels" and urgent technical issues routed to the engineering team. The only confirmed contact channel is email (hello@axcera.io); no live chat or phone number for reaching Axcera itself is published.

No public status page, historical uptime data, SLA credit terms, or incident-history page exists.

"24/7" support/monitoring is stated repeatedly across the site, and a September 2, 2025 award blog post states "a 99.9% uptime commitment". No status page, SLA credit terms or incident-history page were found (checked footer, sitemap, and a direct /status request, which 404s). The home and partners pages separately cite "<100ms" data latency as a marketing stat, not a defined SLA figure, so avgLatencyMs is left blank.

Security & compliance

Axcera does not publish any named security certification — no SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS or equivalent is mentioned anywhere on the site (checked home, about, all four solutions pages, FAQs, legal pages, and footer). No penetration-test cadence, encryption-at-rest/in-transit statement, SSO or MFA availability, audit-logging capability, backup frequency, disaster-recovery target, or bug-bounty programme is disclosed. The only concrete access-control statement found is on the Trading API page: "role-based access controls, secure authentication, and environment separation".

The site's own privacy policy covers website-visitor analytics for the marketing site itself, not the client trading platform, so it is not evidence of product-level GDPR compliance. An operator evaluating Axcera for a regulated or security-sensitive build should ask directly about certifications and data-handling practices, since none are evidenced publicly.

In April 2026 Axcera disclosed that a limited number of internal repositories were exposed through a third-party security tooling issue involving Trivy on GitHub, and stated that this did not result in unauthorised access to its production systems or live environments.

Clients & track record

Axcera's product has been in market since roughly July 2023 (about three years as of September 2026). It states it powers "50+" prop firms, with 2 million+ traders onboarded, 250,000+ new trading accounts per month, and $750 million+ in cumulative revenue generated by Axcera-powered firms — figures the vendor dates to August 2026 in a September 10, 2026 award post. These are self-reported and not independently audited.

Named clients, drawn from on-site testimonials and one partnership press release, include FundingRock, Get Leveraged, Alpha Trader Firm, Funded Trader Markets, Titan Capital Markets, Blueberry Funded, Quant Tekel, FTUK and Moneta Funded. None of these come with a formal case study page or a specific before/after metric — they are quoted testimonials, not structured case studies.

Contract terms

Only Axcera's public marketing-site Terms & Conditions (effective October 22, 2025) are available, and they govern use of the website, not a client Master Service Agreement. That document states the site is operated by Axcera LLC, governed by UAE law, with the courts of Dubai having exclusive jurisdiction.

No minimum contract term, notice period, auto-renewal clause, data-ownership statement, data-export format, offboarding-support window, SLA credit mechanism, or liability cap for client agreements is published anywhere on the site. An operator should treat this entire section as a set of questions to raise directly with Axcera before signing, not as known terms.

FAQs

Axcera does not publish prices. It describes a fixed-fee licensing model with "no revenue share, no per-trader pricing, and no hidden fees" but does not disclose a setup fee, monthly fee or starting price anywhere on its site. Pricing is only available by booking a demo and getting a custom quote.

Axcera states most prop firms can launch in approximately four weeks, provided the firm supplies the required information, integrations and branding assets during onboarding. The stated process runs through five stages: Discovery, Build, Configure, Launch and Success.

Yes. Axcera describes its Trader Area as fully brandable to the firm's guidelines, with a firm-controlled domain and customisation of layout, flows and functionality. It does not publish detail on whether vendor branding is removed everywhere in the trader journey.

Axcera's integrations page names MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, TradeLocker, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Quantower, ATAS, Rithmic, ProjectX and TradingView, among 100+ total named integrations spanning trading platforms, payments, KYC and marketing tools.

Axcera's integrations page names payout platforms including Rise Works and Plane, and KYC/AML integrations include SumSub, Veriff, Onfido, Jumio, Trulioo, IDwise, IDenfy and KYCAid. A May 2025 blog post specifically names SumSub and Veriff for automated KYC.

Axcera describes a configurable rule engine with real-time monitoring and "fully customizable drawdown configurations (Static, Trailing, on Equity etc)". Its RiskGuard module screens accounts against a database of 10,000+ verified bad-actor records for abusive trading. Specific automated breach actions (such as auto-closing positions) are not named publicly.
