A topic gets a page once at least two articles carry it.
Feeds, data and disclosure
How to follow this, how to quote it, and how it is paid for.
Follow the research
Both feeds carry editorial articles only. Paid placements are labelled on the site and never enter a feed.
Quote it accurately
Every article and this index are published as clean markdown at the same URL with ".md" appended. The full vendor dataset — including that only 4 of 16 tracked vendors publishes a price — is one plain-text fetch.
How this is funded
Some vendor links earn a commission and vendors can buy a labelled paid article. The disclosure grade and comparison order are not for sale, at any price.
Editorial policy
Who writes this, what a vendor can buy, and what they cannot.
The Prop Tech Pal editorial desk, from the same vendor dataset the comparison pages are built on. We do not put an invented author name on them: the byline is the desk, and the accountability sits with the publisher. Where a figure appears in an article it is the figure on the vendor profile, and the profile says when it was last checked.
A vendor can buy a clearly labelled paid article. It carries a "Paid content" label above the headline, a disclosure naming who paid and whether they approved the copy, and every link to the buyer is rel="sponsored nofollow". It is excluded from our feeds and from the related-reading rails. What is not for sale, at any price: the disclosure grade, a vendor's position in a comparison, and a place in the editorial articles. See https://proptechpal.com/advertise for exactly what is and is not available.
No. The grade is computed from what the vendor publishes — a price, a contract term, a certification, an uptime figure — by the same code for every vendor, whether they have bought anything or not. Nobody can buy a point of it, and we would have nothing to sell if they could.
Because they do not. Of the 16 verified and featured vendors tracked here, only 4 publish a price at all. That is the single most useful finding in the dataset for someone budgeting a launch, and it is why almost every article ends with the questions to put on a sales call rather than a number we invented.
Yes, with attribution to Prop Tech Pal and a link to the page. Every article is also published as clean markdown at its own URL with ".md" appended, and the full vendor dataset is at https://proptechpal.com/llms-full.txt. Please quote the "data last updated" date alongside any figure — vendor terms change often.
